Who is this guy, anyway?

Bruce
Born in Northampton, MA, raised in Boston and Easthampton, MA, Bruce has been called one of the loudest and nuttiest candlepin bowlers around. Bruce is currently entering a program to gain CT licensure to teach special education students, fulfilling a desire to enter a field he's been interested in for several years. Being a huge Red Sox fan, he's still celebrating the 2004 and 2007 World Championships--when he thought he'd never see the day the first one would arrive...and he's still angry that the NHL stole his team (go Whale!). All in all, though, he's fashioned as a fairly good guy. Bruce counts among his many quirky traits, unconventional amateur philosophy, a warped sense of humor, typical "old time" congregationalist/unitarian universalist free thinking, a staunch "lefty liberal" progressive political worldview, a ' very different' sense of what is morally right and wrong (when compared to that of the 'real world') and the notion that there's a real purpose to all of these experiences in candlepin bowling...he just hasn't quite figured it out...yet.
