wow, what are the chances of this happening?

Yeah, I know...I'm a mathematician, so I should be able to easily calculate the probability of this happening. Well, no shot this time. But it is a pretty interesting little scenario.

Upon getting home from school today, I checked my messages to find that I had a phone call from another person in town who shared my last name of "McClure." Interestingly enough, upon calling this person I found that they live only a few doors down in my own complex! Can you believe that? Apparently, my last name sharing neighbor has been receiving my mail for a few days. She took a shot and found my number in the book, and called me up. Shocking.

As the world gets bigger, it's getting smaller all the time, isn't it?
