I wonder, why are my words so inflammatory

The venom displayed recently only makes me take pause to reflect on why my words would be so inflammatory to a certain few who cannot and will not emerge from the darkness. I took notice of a particular happening, commented on how I hope things get better, and moved on. Apparently, someone decided to attack and use foul language...again. Unfortunate. Just as the poster said, I thought my post was deleted for another reason. That has proven to be untrue.

While I will apologize for my incorrect assumptions, I won't apologize for my thoughts, words and actions. I have free will, strong opinions and the ability to express each. And sometimes things go awry; such is life. But when those things do happen, I'm thoroughly amazed at the hateful and destructive way people go about commenting on such.

Therefore, if you're one of those hateful people who say hateful things just to get a rise out of the masses, I'll ask you to adhere to the "golden rule." If you cannot say (or, in this case, type) anything nice...or you cannot type in a kind and appropriate manner...don't type (or talk) at all.

Good grief, I worry about all of you! You're going to take yourselves to an early grave with all your anger and hatred. It's my sincere hope that you'll be able to let go and move on...soon. This way, you'll lead long, happy lives so you may be a benefit to your children and grandchildren. Now wouldn't you think they'd be more important that me?
