"I'm very disapointed to hear that on a night with a full league, one pair of lanes was given silicon "or juice" and the rest of the lanes were not. As a league bowler and loyal customer it upsets me to know that something was done to create an uneven playing field. this cheating and you all should be ashamed of yourselves. This is a perfect exaple of why you are losing customers.
A bowler buys a set of balls and probably a bag. The balls never leave your building because he is a good customer and rents a locker from you. Your machine damages a ball and you reward this loyal customer by charging him to repair the ball, are you kidding me??
lets get your act together boys, you have such a beautiful classic bowling house, perhaps you should start taking care of the people who pay your bills.
And please don't ruin the integrity of the game again."

Now I don't usually put stock in anonymous posts (the above forum user did not list an email address), but my investigation into the poster shows me it's legit. The user did not make attempts to anonymize his identity. Wow. This is sad. And while I know just enough about the situation to be dangerous in my comments, I'll just leave it alone.

If it's true...cheaters never win.
